Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists are movement experts, and we specialize in drug-free pain relief. We help you move better, feel better, and, ultimately, live better.
For most bone, muscle, joint & nerve conditions, book one of the physiotherapy appointments here. But scroll down to book specialized physiotherapy services, including vestibular, concussion, acupuncture / dry needling, TMJ (jaw), and neurological rehab.
All physiotherapy is direct access (we don't need a doctor's referral from you) and is covered under most extended health benefits plans.
Registered Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy provides hands-on treatment for muscle injury, chronic disease, pain management, and impaired mobility. Massage can also relieve stress and maintain well-being. Given that they specialize in massage, Registered Massage Therapists are trained in a wide range of massage therapy techniques.
All our Registered Massage Therapists have a diploma in massage therapy from an accredited massage therapy college, and a strong interest in massage for rehabilitation.

Book regular physiotherapy (above) for nerve conditions, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica (lumbar radiculopathy), or Bell's Palsy.
Physiotherapy is direct access (we don't need a doctor's referral) and is covered under most extended health plans.
Physiotherapy with Acupuncture / Dry Needling
Acupuncture and Dry Needling can enhance your physiotherapy treatment by providing drug-free pain-relief and relieving chronically tight muscles. Acupuncture can treat a wide variety of health conditions, and at our clinic we use it to treat bone, muscle, joint and neurological conditions. Dry needling targets chronically tight and painful muscles - and often results in instant relief.
Physiotherapy with Low Level Laser
Low Level Laser can enhance your physiotherapy treatment by providing another drug-free, low-risk approach to fight muscle, joint or neurological conditions. Low level laser is also known as photobiomodulation therapy. It can reduce pain and speed healing.
TMJ Physiotherapy
TMJ physiotherapy provides relief from jaw pain and dysfunction. Your jaw joint is your Tempomandibular Joint ("TMJ"), and TMJ issues can cause facial pain, headaches, jaw clicking, jaw locking, neck pain, difficulty chewing, and difficulty speaking. Our physiotherapists have advanced training in treating TMJ conditions, and we work with your dentist to get you the relief you crave.
